Our company produces parts for the automotive, machinery and elevator industries with machining, hot forging, cold forging and welding facilities.
The parts we produce; Special Bolts, Studs, Gear Blanks, Piston Rods, Hydraulic Lifter Arms, Complex Welded Sheets, Various Brackets, Records, Bushings, Flanges, Shafts, Flats
Erdoğanlar Automotive; With the breakthroughs it made in 2006, it quadrupled its working area, strengthened its machinery park and started working with a shift system.
Erdoğanlar currently continues its operations using 40% of its capacity.
The turnover target for 2007 is minimum 1,300,000 € (EUR)
Production Tracks
It continues its operations in 2 shifts with its increasing production capacity in 3,000 m2 closed and 2,250 m2 open area.
Factory
With the breakthroughs they made in 2006, the Erdogans quadrupled the working area, strengthened the machinery park, and started working with a shift system.
CNC machines
Our machining products comply with the desired characteristics. These products are produced on CNC machines with dialogue programs, aiming for zero error and minimum cost. Our aim is to meet customer demands by training employees in this direction.
Tractor Spare Parts
We produce hydraulic lift arms used in the lift parts of tractors and steering pipes used in commercial vehicles.
Our Forging Facility
We produce bolts and nuts in various lengths and profiles, where head inflation and forming operations are carried out in our forging facility.
Industrial Forging processes
Our complex welded products with leakage control and the desired specifications of sheet metal and brackets, where Industrial Forging processes are carried out in-house.
CNC lathe and rolling machine
We produce various types of records, shafts and blades. In the production of record type parts, serial parts are produced using automatic-CNC lathes and rolling machines, and this gain is also reflected in the cost. In shaft production, linearity values of 0.01 and surface quality values of 0.125 can be achieved with our grinding machines.
